Guys let me tell you all how I marked Southborough committee 1919 question correct without knowing anything about it, it might help,
First i eliminated option 2, because two things that are related with improving relations between Gov and princely states were The Chamber of Princes and Buttler Commission
Option 4 elimination because Simon commission was appointed for that purpose
Now option 3 is correct because Under GoI Act 1919, direct elections were introduced for the first time, so it becomes imperative to check the eligibility of voters.
