Looks great! Only thing is you can also mention reducing the dependence on imports in the introduction. Also try to squeeze in NITI Aayog’s roadmap somewhere, in the intro maybe.

Great answer! You have mentioned a lot of content not directly asked in the question. Just be mindful of the word limit. In the challenges, change the minor heading from expensive affair to technical challenges.

Looks great! Nothing much to suggest here.
A general suggestion, if You intend to revise from these answers in the last days before exams, then if possible, try to write answers on loose sheets rather than notebook. You can index loose sheets according to subjects/topics. easier to revise that way. In notebook everything is random, so continuity will be disturbed.

Nice! Looks comprehensive. Just elaborate the aspect of convergence in the schematic. Also mention improvement in telecom/digital connectivity in remote areas.
Some of the words You write are not easily comprehensible, little effort is required to read them, so work a bit on that aspect.
