Thank you for good quality of questions 🙏🙏🙏
Very nice answer.
Some suggestions for improvement
1. Under each social determinant you could have mentioned how they determine health, e.g., in access to education; WHO has listed lack of education as one of the major reason for vaccine hesitancy
2. In environment, pollution can be added, e.g., in Delhi and WHO reports of premature deaths.
3. Some other factors can also be included like Food Security, Early Childhood care etc. Work-life balance is also a factor especially from mental health perspective.
In challenge you can add couple of other factors like
1. Political factors: Policymakers generally chose to address issues that are easily addressable e.g., Pollution in Delhi is very difficult to solve. The author mentions this in the article when he says issues not easily actionable are swept under the rug.
2. The Pharma lobby benefits from individual approach rather than collective approach e.g., ensuring food security will eliminate several diseases which will not benefit pharma industry. The author mention it when he says reductionist tendencies of organized medicine.
But overall, you addressed the core of the question. Nice 🙂
