Questions
1) Investing in roads is not only economically beneficial but socially as well. Discuss. Also, suggest measures to improve road infrastructure in cities.
2) Highlighting the reasons behind and impacts of Cloudburst, discuss the measures to prevent and reduce the devastating impacts of cloudbursts.
Excellent! Comprehensive and balanced answer. Nothing much to suggest. Perhaps could have added the point of effective measures to check corruption in the road construction/use of substandard material etc.

Excellent! Just 2 suggestions:
1. Don’t write multimodal logistics parks in cities because by design, they require large space, so can’t be created in cities but on the outskirts.
2. Can add the point of holistic approach to urban road design/planning. Road Planning in India is largely myopic, focus generally tends to be on local areas of congestion. Myopic approach addresses local congestion but it shifts the congestion elsewhere. This has happened in recent Pragati Maidan tunnel in Delhi, the congestion has now shifted to India Gate side.
All other aspects are really good!

Excellent! Just a slight change in structure can be done. Mention impacts after the reasons, in line with the question statement. Do add use of Doppler Radars in measures.
