Questions
1) To make rapid economic progress, India needs to improve the well-being of the workforce that migrates to cities. Discuss the measures that can be taken for the welfare of the migrants and vulnerable sections of urban areas.
2) The rupee value has been on the decline since early this year. What are the factors that are contributing to the fall of the Rupee value? Also, highlight the implication of the fall of the Rupee value for the economy.

Great Answer! Very nice use of the diagram. Content is also to a large extent appropriate.
Some suggestions:
1. Do include Delhi/NCR and Telangana (Hyderabad) in the destination regions.
2. In my opinion, you could have cut short the aspect of problems with migration vis-a-vis urbanization; can list all the points in 1-2 lines.
3. More points could have been added in the measures needed section which is the crux of the question. Here points related to education of migrants’ children, healthcare, access to food etc. could have been covered. Urban Planning need to take into account the potential migration, so urban plans should have requisite measures. Also try to prioritize the points e.g., skill development is important but meeting basic needs should take precedence. Accordingly, the point can be mentioned later in the answer.
4. Also, this may sound like nitpicking, but slum development has a different connotation of undertaking development measures in the slums areas (like National Slum Development Programme). You can mention formation of slums etc. Choice of words can be crucial in conveying your thoughts. Just a suggestion.
Great answer overall!

Thank you very much for pointing out mistakes and new suggestions. I”m noting down your suggestions with a red pen and your review helps a lot. Thank you

Most of the migration of women is from rural rural due to marriage. rural to urban is the second most occurred pattern of migration.
Thank you..
Please review and let me know my mistakes

Good answer. Some aspects about the answer are really good like data regarding migration, many relevant points included in measures needed. Some other aspects could have been better:
1. Points listed under Issues related to Migrants have deviated from the question statement. Focus has to be on measures required in cities, hence no need to mention mechanization of farms or fragmentation of landholdings.
2. The issues that need to be covered should include formation of slums, congestion, lack of basic amenities (like drinking water) in slums, poor living conditions, lack of housing, healthcare, food security etc. You have included some of these aspects, which is good.
3. The sequence of points in measures needed can be altered a bit, start with the basic needs/amenities like housing, healthcare, education, food and subsequently social security measures (like minimum wage, insurance) followed by skill development, Governance reforms in ULBs etc.
Answer is good, just some minor tweaks required to improve.

Okay noted!
Thanku for reviewing.
Also refer to the other answers, they have used maps to depict migration pattern. This is a way to make Your answer stand-out and get more credit. You can mention stuff like SDGs etc. wherever possible.
Majority of migration is rural to rural, which is 47%. Marriage is the main cause of this rural to rural migration.
Nice! Good map, great content.
The point related to access to welfare measures could have been elaborated a little more. To be within the word limit, You could have avoided the details regarding the migration pattern, the map is evident enough. Perhaps could have labeled the regions. You can also mention SDG11 (Inclusive Cities) in the conclusion.
