Questions
1) As the world shrinks with technological and communication changes, terrorists, criminals, weapons, and funds are also able to move across national boundaries easily. In light of the statement, highlight the efforts made by India to tackle these challenges?
2) Health must be turned into a feature and eventually a function of air pollution policy. Discuss.

You began well, but You need to highlight the neglect of health aspect in our current frameworks e.g., CAQM has no representation from the Health sector at a time of disastrous air pollution. Similarly membership of health experts is low in Pollution Control Boards. This results in absence of health perspective in actions of such bodies.
Higher representation will ensure health responsive action.
