Great answer! Nice and apt introduction.
In need for universal approach, the points mentioned in the article can be added. Procedural difficulties (like old people have to submit eligibility documents in case of targeted), also old people from well-off families can also suffer if children don’t provide adequate care to them. NSAP can also be mentioned.
In structure, I feel it would be more appropriate to list the ‘good start’ section after ‘need’ section.
Overall really good!

Thank you so much. I skipped that article today feeling it is irrelevant. I’ll look into it.
Thanks again for your suggestions.

Good answer! You can add some more points e.g., there is information asymmetry (patient has no idea about diagnostics/treatment) so it is violation of trust. It adds financial burden on poor as they are forced to buy expensive medicines. Overuse/overprescription can harm patients health.
Suggestions are good.
Overall concise and nice answer!

Excellent answer! Only concern of overprescription is missing. Nothing else to suggest. Good stuff!

You began well, but then deviated. The question is about need for universal (rather than targeted) scheme. It is good that you have mentioned the challenges faced but that is not the core of the question. Focus on why need for universal scheme (like procedural challenges with targeted, old people from well-off families can also suffer). You need to elaborate this aspect.

Good answer! Also highlight the need to have a universal approach (as mentioned in the question statement). The points have been covered in the article (procedural challenges and inclusion/exclusion errors with targeted scheme). Rest is good.
