As you know , we will be conducting the last Open Test on May 24 called the Prelims Simulator Test X. ( Click to read details and instructions )

If you are in and around New Delhi, you can write the test at the offline center.

But before that, you need to register. Here is the registration link

Note : Registration closes in few hours today. Hall ticket will be generated by 7PM today.
