Not agree with 2nd statement about FDI. Sharing of management experience and technological knowledge is generally involved in most of the cases. But it is not the major criteria to define the FDI. FDI is mainly attributed by flow of capital only.
Option didn’t ask ‘major’. Moreover had not ‘only’ been there, 2nd option would’ve been correct. Just saying ! 😀
