The International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) is an international organization working in the field of nature conservation and sustainable use of natural resources.

IUCN has observer and consultative status at the United Nations

It is best known for compiling and publishing the IUCN Red List, which assesses the conservation status of species worldwide.

Indian Air Force demonstrated its full combat and fire capabilities during ‘Exercise Vayu Shakti-2019’ in the Pokharan firing range close to Indo-Pak border in Rajasthan.

Exercise Vayu Shakti is conducted once in three years which is participated by fighters, helicopters, force enablers and support systems.

The aim of the exercise is to detect and identify targets and neutralise them in day, dusk and night capability demonstrations.

Vayu Shakti and Gagan Shakti are the two important exercised conducted by Indian Air Force. Gagan Shakti is the biggest military exercise undertaken by India to showcase its strength over the entire Indian Ocean region.

DRDO was formed in 1958 from the amalgamation of the then already functioning Technical Development Establishment (TDEs) of the Indian Army and the Directorate of Technical Development & Production (DTDP) with the Defence Science Organisation (DSO).

According to 2019 report. The global economy will continue to grow at a steady pace of around 3 per cent in 2019 and 2020. In many developed countries, growth rates have risen close to their potential, while unemployment rates have dropped to historical lows, also several large developing countries saw a decline in per capita income in 2018. Among the developing economies, the East and South Asia regions show relatively strong growth trajectory.
