Hi. Well, the reason for this can be the following:
1. Both are architecturally beautiful & marvelous. But GT is a holy shrine whereas TM is a tomb & only for tourist visit based.
2. GT holds langar (philanthropist approach) and TM not. Provides shelter also (purpose oriented). Food is always a primitive need.
3. No entry fee for GT. TM charges min. 40 INR. Makes GT more accessible for these reasons.

Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojana (Hindi: सांसद आदर्श ग्राम योजना , abbr.: SAGY) is a rural development programme broadly focusing upon the development in the villages which includes social development, cultural development and spread motivation among the people on social mobilization of the village community. The programme was launched by the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi on the birth anniversary of Jayaprakash Narayan, on 11 October 2014.

The distinct feature of this Yojana is that it is (a) demand driven (b) inspired by society (c) based on people’s participation.

Objectives

Key objectives of the Yojana include:

The development of model villages, called Adarsh Grams, through the implementation of existing schemes, and certain new initiatives to be designed for the local context, which may vary from village to village.

Creating models of local development which can be replicated in other villages.

* Incheon Strategy-
–Developed over more than two years of consultations with governments and civil society stakeholders, the Incheon Strategy comprises 10 goals, 27 targets and 62 indicators.
— The Incheon Strategy builds on the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and the Biwako Millennium Framework for Action and Biwako Plus Five towards an Inclusive, Barrier-free and Rights-based Society for Persons with Disabilities in Asia and the Pacific.

–The Incheon Strategy will enable the Asian and Pacific region to track progress towards improving the quality of life, and the fulfilment of the rights, of the region’s 650 million persons with disabilities, most of whom live in poverty. The ESCAP secretariat is mandated to report every three years until the end of the Decade in 2022, on progress in the implementation of the Ministerial Declaration and the Incheon Strategy.
