i think there is competition between the pairs of buffaloes and winning pair is granted rewards for it. please refer to wikipedia which also defines it as race .
please clear the doubt if you find somewhere whether you find its not a race

2 questions are wrong. Videsh Bhavan is in Mumbai not Delhi.
Also NIRBHAY is a LRSAAM which means it can only fire ground to air. However, ground should also mean at sea as carriers have enough power to withstand LRSAAM recoil, but certainly not possible air-air.

It can be called as race… But there is no competition involved btw buffaloes.. But, how to call it as race when there is no competition?
