Plz clarify Q6 statement 2. If NGT has to operate only within these 7 laws, how can we say “all civil cases”? For e.g. Wildlife Protection Act is out of its ambit.(or do we say Environment law is different from WPA,which pertains to wildlife only) A reply would be much appreciated. Thanks
