@ForumIAS In question number 4 though i am not sure about fertilizer usage but option 1,3 and 4 are correct so how the answer is Option b?

you have put in wrong answer for question no. four in your automated system. it should be 1,2 and 4 but the system says it’s 1,3 and 4 which is wrong since fertilizers are not used in pearl farming in the first place. There’s no question of “reducing” (option 3) it then. whereas it does create employment for youth (option 2) which your system says is wrong. please, correct it as I use it for revision of past CAs
