Questions
Road safety is a universal concern, only megacities of India witnesses thousands of accidents annually. In this regard, suggest some remedial measures, with a special focus on the Delhi model.
What is India’s Project 75-I? Discuss the significance of the project and also highlight the challenges it is facing in building submarines domestically.

Some improvements:
1. Cite some data, especially regarding number of accidents and fatalities (Not exact data but range e.g. ~450,000+ road accidents in 2019 with 150,000+ fatalities). This will give an edge to your answer.
2. Schematic for Remedial Measures is good. You can further classify the measures in broad buckets and then elaborate e.g.,
(I) Enforcement of Rules (a. penalty for violation, b. No. of traffic check-points).
(II) Use of Technology (a. Automation of DL Tests to check human intervention/corruption, b. CCTVs to check violations).
(III) Better Engineering (a. Separate lanes for Buses, b. Special paths for walking/cycling etc,).
3. You could have separated the remedial measures from the steps already being implemented by the Delhi Traffic Police. In conclusion, do suggest some further improvements e.g., enhancing public transport to reduce usage of personal vehicles.
