Questions
1) What, do you think, constitutes well-functioning and effective school health services? Highlight the policy measures required for the expansion and strengthening of school health services in India?
2) Discuss the concept and rationale behind Digital Banking Units (DBU). Also, differentiate between DBU and Digital banks proposed by NITI Aayog.
In terms of content, awesome! In school health issues, add adolescent health and sex education, puberty and hygiene especially for girl students.
Structure need to be changed a bit. Address the effective school health services aspect first. Then move to lacunae and the policy measures required to address the shortcomings.
In general, try to stick to the flow of the question statement and structure the answer accordingly.

Content is great! Structure needs correction. First define what constitutes good and effective school health services. List down some of the health issues in the school going children/adolescents.
Then list down issues/shortcomings at present, and move to policy measures required. Good that You have listed the features of FRESH Framework. Be mindful of the word limit.

Great answer! Fairly good content and proper structure.
A couple of more points could have been added related to sex education especially for teenagers and adolescents. In the features for effective services add keywords like holistic, inclusive etc. Refer TON-18 answer.

Nice! You have listed some unique points, good. But some points have been missed like mental health. Also in policy measures, do mention involvement of private schools, parents and community, establishment of clinics etc.

Great answer! Very comprehensive coverage, lots of points. Some suggestions
1. The introduction is bit complex, ideally You should try to be as simple as possible. Here You can list down the general health issues of school children and list down features that effective service should have (inclusive (leaves no child behind), holistic (Addresses each and every health issue)).
2. I think You have missed out on mental health issue, add that as well.
3. In the policy measures, You can add points related to health education, involvement of parents/community etc.
Some really nice points related to infrastructure. Conclusion is apt.

Good answer! There is bit of overlap in the effective system and the policy measures. In the effective system, you can list down the problems of school children and then define the features of system like should be holistic and inclusive, or mention the FRESH Framework. In policy measures you have listed down most points, few more can be added listed in the article.
