Looks great! All aspects have been covered. Nice to add the map. Since you have mentioned refugees, you can also mention the need for a refugee law in India.
Answer looks a bit lengthy, you can try to shorten the reasons for conflict/strategic importance of Myanmar. (Don’t skip them, but need not elaborate so much).
Great answer overall!

Perfect! Hardly anything to improve. Can give some suggestions/way forward or maybe You can add a rough population pyramid, and show the increasing proportion of the elderly (present and future proportion).
Keep it up!

Good answer! Some suggestions for improvement
1. Answer looks a bit long. You can skip the advantages/disadvantages section. The advantages don’t sound convincing enough (free labour?, savings: elderly care is more expensive compared to child care). Disadvantages points will be repeated in the concern section.
2. In concerns, add the point that very few elderly have social security coverage. Their personal savings may not be enough to take care of old age ailments.
3. In suggestions, You can also add the point of community workers like ASHAs for the elderly, there was an article on it in the Indian Express couple of days ago.
Good answer, but some margin for improvement.

Great answer! You have mentioned some very unique points. Some suggestions:
1. In concerns, you can mention that since India has largely informal economy, with low wages, most people aren’t able to save enough for old age (fear that India will age before getting rich).
2. More schemes/initiatives can be included in the initiatives section like NSAP, Old Age Pension scheme etc.
3. You can also add the suggestion of creating a cadre of community health workers for the elderly, like ASHAs.

Great answer! You have covered almost all the points! The conclusion seems a bit vague, didn’t understand the piecemeal engg. approach, elaborate it a bit or, you can rephrase it, like investing in healthcare infrastructure (include mental healthcare also) and a more uniform approach across the nation.

Wrote piecemeal engineering approach due to discrepancy in ratio of old age in different state
Try to write it clearly in further answers
Thank you very much

You seem to have deviated a bit.
The question is about the impact of recent crisis on India. So highlight the issue of refugee crisis, chances of ethnic clashes in the north-east, and possibility of strengthening of militant/insurgency movements. The way forward will be modified accordingly.
Refer to TON-618’s answer, you should adopt a similar approach.

Great answer! Very relevant points.
A rough map (India’s Northeast-Myanmar border only) could have added value and help You get more credit. Cross-check the point regarding India-Myanmar trade, not sure if Myanmar is 5th largest trading partner. Also, I think, the point related to refugees can be rephrased like need to create a law related to refugees. Rest all loook great!

Very nice! Good that you have classified the points as social/economic etc. 1-2 more points could have been added like lack of adequate healthcare for the elderly especially mental healthcare. A few more schemes are there for the elderly, refer other answers. Overall a nice structured and balanced answer!
