Great answer! Most of the points mentioned in reasons and way forward are relevant. Some suggestions:
– Mention that the loss of green cover/vegetation and concretization of pavements increases run-off (water doesn’t enter ground).
– Storm water drainage/sewerage capacity is not enough to deal with expanded urganization.
– Similarly in suggestions, mention expansion of infrastructure commensurate with rising population. Also please cross-check if Govt. has launched Sponge city Mission.
– If possible, mention some data how much water bodies have been encroached (like 80% in Bengaluru). Refer this article.
Nice overall!

Good answer! Some suggestions:
– I think the point related to encroachments of water bodies (lakes/rivers) etc. have been missed. It is one of the biggest causes of urban floods in recent times.
– Similarly in suggestions, you can add, removing encroachments from water bodies, expanding storm water drainage infra etc.
– Introduction can be cut short, some sentences not so relevant.

Nice answer! Only missing point seems lack of expansion of drainage/sewerage infra with the expansion of city/rise in population. Same can be cited in way forward as well. Also You can cite that ~80% natural water bodies in Bengaluru have been lost to urbanization. Rest all looks great!

Good answer! Some more points can be added, especially related to encroachment of water bodies/lakes/river channels. Also in green cover point highlight how it helps in reducing run-off which eventually reduces intensity of floods. At the same time, use of concrete pavements prevents ingress of water into ground, increasing run-off/flood intensity.
Suggestions rectifying these issues can be provided in the way forward.

Very nice answer! Nothing much to suggest here. I think the introduction is a bit abrupt. Although it is obvious, do mention TB before defining its characteristics.
All else seems great!
