Only 2 more days (13th and 14th) are remaining for filling DAF-II. UPSC has made it very clear that if any aspirant is not able to fill the DAF-II in the given time i.e. before 14th Dec. 2022, 6:00 PM, no extension or request of submission will be accepted in any case, after it.
Therefore, if you are yet to submit the form, do it today because, at the last moment, you cannot rely on the servers of the UPSC website.
What is Detailed Application Form (DAF)-II?
The candidates who qualify Civil Services (Main) Examination for the Personality Test are required to fill up the Detailed Application Form (DAF)-II online. UPSC makes it available after UPSC IAS Mains results. Similarly, It was made available for successful aspirants on 8th December, just after the announcement of the UPSC IAS Mains 2022 results.
It is the 2nd part of the DAF, DAF-I becomes available for the successful candidates, after the results of the UPSC IAS Prelims. In this form, candidates submit their Order of Preference for the given Civil Services. Required certificates and proofs, must be scanned and uploaded along with the DAF.
