1. What are you doing since 2020? (graduation)
2. What is this face painting? If u are given scenario to paint on sir’s face (panelist sitting beside ma’am) then what will you paint?
3. What is stone painting? What kind of stones do u use? What did you paint on them?
4. Your service preference?
5. Who is the ultimate gainer of Russia-Ukraine war?
6. How is USA benefitting from the war?
7. Why do European nations follow what US does?
8. If you were in place of Zelensky what would you have done? – Negotiating with putin to stop the war.
9. Wouldn’t that be against west’s intentions?
10. So for u saving life of people is more important than saving territory?
11. So what kind of leader zelensky is if he is continuing the war?

1. What is India’s stand on Taliban led Afghan government?
2. What are the issues for India in dealing with Taliban led govt?
3. Why did US pull it’s forces out of Afghanistan?
4. They did it I so much of hurry… Why?
5. Could there have been a better way to pull out their forces?
6. We are witnessing a growing closeness of India with US and greater alignment towards it.. Why is it so?

Member 2

1. What is Extradition? Does India have any extradition law? With which of the neighboring nations India have extradition treaty?
2. ICC ruling over Putin… Is it legally enforceable? In not then what’s the point of such rulings?
3. Why ICC and not ICJ over such ruling?
4. How is it a ruling over a individual and not on whole country?
5. Why only the topmost leader of a country is targeted and not other officials?

Member 3

1. If you are given a scenario to formulate a team what kind of member would you choose- a fixer or the one who follows the rules?
2. But fixer can do the work easily and give result in a timely manner while rule based person might fail sometimes. Whom will you chose now?
3. If you are an IFS officer abroad, how will you manage a scenario where some of your nationals are arrested by another nation?
4. Indian Foreign trade policy components? What as an IFS officer would you do to increase trade among nations?

1. Going back to the rules and regulations scenario- If a situation demands you to go beyond the rules for better public delivery of services… What will you do?
2. So you have done graduation in electronics engineering-tell me what is valence band and conduction band?
3. How does solar panel works?
4. What material is used in the production of solar panels?
5. What type of current we get as an out of solar panels?
6. How to convert that to AC?
7. How do we get electricity when there is no sunlight?… What if batteries are also not there then how would you electrify appliances at night?
8. Isn’t there any other alternative to solar panels for night?
9. Have you heard of pumped hydrogen?
Now kind of rapid fire type by M4.
10. You know about ASEAN? Full form? How many nations in ASEAN? Is India a member?
11. G20? How much population it represent? GDP? Presidency of G20 (Troika).
12. Saying this question is just aise hi and won’t impact your marks – which Indian movie has recently won Oscars? The documentary one? So do you know the name of the elephant in the movie?
13. You are wearing a double buttoned suit- which one is generally used to button the upper one or lower one… I said the upper one but I’m more comfortable with the lower one – asked because when I entered my lower one was buttoned.

Chairperson- Your interview is over.
The board was very cordial and smiling. Never felt like talking to some officials taking the interview. It was more kind of like conversation with your elders.
Recommended mocks- KSG, Chahal but original one is totally different from these mocks.

Discussion with my friend circle and our own mini mocks almost daily helped me a lot.
