Explanation – The PM-YUVA 3.0 (Young, Upcoming, and Versatile Authors) scheme, launched by the Ministry of Education, aims to mentor young authors (below 30 years of age) to promote a culture of reading, writing, and books in India. The program seeks to foster literary talent, encourage creative writing on themes related to India’s heritage, knowledge systems, and progress, and project Indian literature globally. It does not focus on financial assistance for entrepreneurs, scholarships for education abroad, or training in digital technologies.
