The UPSC Mains Exam 2025 was conducted from August 22 to August 31, 2025, across various centers in the country.
Candidates who have passed the Main Examination are listed by their Roll Numbers and Names. These candidates have qualified for the Personality Test (Interview) for selection into the Indian Administrative Service, Indian Foreign Service, Indian Police Service, and other Central Services (Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’).
How to Download the UPSC Mains Result 2025:
- Visit the Official UPSC Website: Go to https://upsc.gov.in/.
- Find the Result Link: The result link can be found on the homepage, under the “Examinations” or “Written Results” section.
- Download the Result PDF: Click on the link to open a PDF file containing the results, which can be downloaded for reference.
- Search for Your Roll Number: Use the search function in the PDF to find your roll number and check your qualification status.
Important info. for candidates who made it into the UPSC Mains Result 2025 list
- The candidature of these candidates is provisional, subject to verification of eligibility in all respects. Candidates are required to produce original certificates supporting their eligibility and reservation claims (age, educational qualifications, community, EWS, PwBD, etc.) at the time of their Personality Test.
- The dates for the Personality Tests will be notified later. These interviews will take place at the UPSC office in New Delhi. The e-Summon Letters for the interviews will be available for download from the UPSC website, and candidates unable to download these should contact the UPSC office immediately.
- All the candidates, who qualified for the Personality Test (Interview), are mandatorily required to fill/update the requisite field(s) [viz. details of educational qualification status (whether appearing/appeared) along with proof of passing the requisite qualifying Examination, and upload the relevant document as proof of their claim, failing which his/her candidature shall stand cancelled and no correspondence will be entertained by the Commission in this regard. Further, no e-summon letter will be issued to such candidates.
- The details in respect of Cadre Preference will be sought in due course from the candidates who are qualified to appear in the Personality Test (Interview) of CSE-2025. The candidates are, therefore, advised to visit the Commission’s website frequently.
- On successfully submission of the requisite field(s)/information in OAF a unique reference number will be generated and furnished to the candidates through email/SMS at their registered email ID/mobile for their acknowledgment.
- All these candidates have to fill up/update and submit the requisite details ONLINE only, which will be available on the Website of the Union Public Service Commission (https://upsconline.gov.in) during the period from 13th November, 2025 to 27th November, 2025 till 6:00 P.M., failing which no further correspondence will be entertained by the Commission in this regard.
