1) The reason behind naxalism in my district in the 1990s (probably she herself was posted there as DM) a long discussion took place on this.
2) Now naxalism is almost nowhere in Bihar, what are the reasons.
3) GoI has given a date to end naxalism in India, what is that date?
4) Do you think that naxalism will be over by then?
5) Role of tech in fighting naxalism.
6) You have recently joined as a revenue officer, so what is Chakbandi?

1) What is energy transition?
2) why can’t we just use some tech in thermal power plants and remove all pollutants and GHGs.
3) What are the issues in producing green hydrogen?
4) What is National green hydrogen mission. Nd present status; how much fund used and other progress.
5) Why migration (domestic )? Push and pull factors.
6) Migration to cities causes many problems, what should be done to deal with it?

1)You wanted to work at ground level and solve problems there, u already are in state public services then why now IAS?
2) You wanted to work for Bihar but getting home cader is very difficult, u may get kerala cadre, then what will happen to your motivation? Will it not amount to shifting your goal post?

2) India has very large amount of coal yet we r importing it, why?

By this time Sujata ma’am said ki bahut time ho gaya sir, ab end karte hai, and it ended here.

Overall, the board was very cordial, but they were on a non stop mode. Also not even a single question from the hobby n award part, neither from my optional was asked.
