-there are so many cyberfrauds and people lack knowledge, as incharge, how will you make sure to educate and spread awareness about it in fields of health, education and welfare?
-what is risk management? it can be in any field

-GST issues- as incharge, what one step you will take? (i said digitisation and faceless)
-then how will you ensure grievance redressal in faceless GST?

overall- very cordial and receptive. big room with a huge round table and you are basically sitting with them(at the high table 😉 )
members on your right and left can see your hands and posture clearly.
Swain sir speaks very softly and in a low volume. So make sure you are attentive from the go!
