- About: It is an AI digital chatbot designed to help village panchayats access government schemes, official data, and important updates easily.

- Registration and Usage: To use the service, a user’s mobile number must be linked to the e-Gram Swaraj portal.

- PANCHAM works through WhatsApp, so users do not need advanced technical knowledge to operate it. It is accessible on basic smartphones with internet connectivity.
- PANCHAM have two interfaces: One for Panchayat Functionaries and Elected Representative and another for Citizens.
- Language Support: The chatbot supports 22 Indian languages to ensure wider participation and understanding.
