SIR, I AM CONFUSED IN ANSWER OF QUESTION NO 3.
YOU GIVE OPTION NO.1 Objective of the IPCC is to provide governments at all levels with scientific information that they can use to develop climate policies.
AND IN EXPLANATION OF ANSWER THERE IS WRITING SAME AND I ANSWER OPTION NO 3.
