Regarding the question on the Farmers- Trade and Commerce Act-
As the solution itself says the fees cannot be levied on transaction in “outside trade Area”. While the statement says “specified area”. Isn’t the statement wrong?

2.’Specific’ means ‘particular’ and ‘not general’. Which under the act is ‘outside trade area’.
