17. It is important to understand Ideology based terrorism playing more important role than religion-based terrorism.
18. Behavioral pattern further influences expansion of terrorism.
19. India needs to take strong steps to tackle with extreme form of terrorism as it is surrounded by top most wanted terrorist group.
