- Aconcagua is a mountain in the Principal Cordillera of the Andes mountain range,Argentina.
- It is the highest peak in South America and outside of Asia with a height of 6962 metres.
- Further,Mt.Aconcagua is of volcanic origin but it is not an active volcano currently.
