News: Supreme Court launched ‘One Case One Data’ Initiative and ‘Su Sahay’ chatbot to strengthen judicial data integration and improving public access to court services.
About ‘One Case One Data’ Initiative

Introduction
- The ‘One Case One Data’ is a major digital initiative to integrate the judicial administration at every level.
- Aim: It aimed at strengthening judicial data integration and improving public access to court services across the country.
Features
- It will integrate multi-level information from all the high courts, district courts and taluka courts into a unified system.
- The new module would automate data retrieval from the databases of concerned courts and facilitate swift online verification of case-related information.
- Reciprocal access to case information would also be provided to High Courts and government departments whenever required.
Impacts
- The initiative is expected to streamline case management by creating a more comprehensive and interconnected digital database across the country’s courts.
- It would also ensure data integrity, improve accuracy, and enhance transparency in the judicial system.
About ‘Su Sahay’ Chatbot
- It is an Artificial Intelligence-powered assistance chatbot integrated with the Supreme Court website to facilitate easier access to justice and court-related services for litigants.
- Developed by: It has been developed by the National Informatics Centre (NIC) in collaboration with the Supreme Court Registry.
- It will provide a simple and convenient interface for citizens to seek front-end guidelines and guidance in accessing essential services of the Supreme Court.
