  • The new module would automate data retrieval from the databases of concerned courts and facilitate swift online verification of case-related information.
  • Reciprocal access to case information would also be provided to High Courts and government departments whenever required.

About ‘Su Sahay’ Chatbot

• • It is an Artificial Intelligence-powered assistance chatbot integrated with the Supreme Court website to facilitate easier access to justice and court-related services for litigants.
  • Developed by: It has been developed by the National Informatics Centre (NIC) in collaboration with the Supreme Court Registry.
  • It will provide a simple and convenient interface for citizens to seek front-end guidelines and guidance in accessing essential services of the Supreme Court.
