AimTo assess the baseline learning competencies of students at the end of each educational stage, i.e., foundational, preparatory and middle with a primary focus on Language and Mathematics.
CoverageThe survey assessed educational competencies among students at the block level at grades 3, 6, and 9.
Significance1) The insights gained from this survey will lead to evidence-based decision-making and the implementation of initiatives aimed at improving the education system.
2) Shift in focus from district level to block level will include larger number of students and give greater depth to our understanding.
