News: Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Nepali counterpart KP Sharma Oli jointly inaugurated the second Integrated Check Post (ICP) at Jogbani-Biratnagar. It has been built to facilitate trade and people’s movement.

- It is a centre for the facilitation of bilateral trade and movement of passengers across the borders and also secure borders
- It has regulatory agencies such as Immigration, Customs, and border security in a single complex. It also has services like currency exchange counters, banks, vehicle scanners etc.
- The Land Ports Authority of India (LPAI) under Department of Border Management, Ministry of Home Affairs, is the implementing agency.
