What steps can be taken to handle the employment challenge in India?

Technological Innovations: Innovations should aim to reduce workloads without hindering livelihoods.

Agricultural Industrialization: The government should consider more public and cooperative investments to create jobs and ease the burden on farmers.

Collaborative Approach: The government should involve private and public sectors, labor unions, States, and political parties to design a growth model focused on job creation.
