Explanation – Armenia is bordered by Turkey to the west, Georgia to the north, Azerbaijan to the east, Iran to the south. Armenia has recently announced that it has recognised the State of Palestine. It is the latest country to do so during the war in Gaza, saying it was against “violence towards civilian populations.”
