Explanation – Dharma Chakra Pravartana, or “Turning of the Wheel of Dharma,” refers to the first sermon delivered by Gautama Buddha after attaining enlightenment. This event took place at Sarnath, near Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. During this sermon, Buddha introduced the Four Noble Truths and the Noble Eightfold Path, laying the foundation of his teachings and marking the beginning of his public mission to spread wisdom and enlightenment.
