  • Enactment of CrPC (Criminal Procedure Code) in 1973 give effect to Article 50 of DPSP i.e. it separated the judiciary from executive.
  • Passing Zamindari abolition bills give effect to Article 39(c) of DPSP i.e. to prevent concentration of wealth and production.
