Explanation – The Unity Utsav — One Voice, One Nation, organized by Assam Rifles in collaboration with the North East Association Social Welfare, aimed to promote national unity and pride by celebrating the sportsmanship and cultural heritage of Northeast India. The event brought together over 1,000 students from the eight Northeastern states to participate in sports competitions, cultural performances, and traditional music and dance. The festival emphasized the theme of “unity in diversity,” fostering a sense of national identity through the celebration of regional traditions and talents.
