Explanation – The Pravasi Bharatiya Samman Award (PBSA) is the highest honour conferred on overseas Indians, Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs), or organizations/institutions established by them. It recognizes their exceptional achievements and contributions both in India and abroad. The award is conferred by the President of India during the Valedictory Session of the Pravasi Bharatiya Divas (PBD) Convention.
