Which of the statements given above is/are correct? 
Statement 1 is incorrect: Autonomous District Councils are administrative bodies constituted in accordance to Sixth Schedule Article 244 (2) & Article 275(1) of the Indian Constitution.
Statement 2 is correct: Mungekar Committee: It examined issues of administration and governance. It has recommended the formulation of a Tribal Administrative Service under the Ministry of Tribal Affairs to select enthusiastic and committed officers for the development of tribal areas.
Lokur Committee: It was set up to look into criteria for defining Schedule Tribes. The Committee recommended five criteria for identification, namely, primitive traits, distinct culture, geographical isolation, shyness of contact with the community at large, and backwardness.
