Excellent answer !
1. You could have mentioned multiple dimensions of deprivation (like landlessness, lack of shelter, lack of access to water/electricity, households headed by single women etc.) which necessitates the need for Mission Antyodaya.
2. 2nd point under ways to strengthen should include ‘convergence of schemes’, as according to the article, there is still lack of convergence in these schemes.
3. Graph is really nice, but concern is you might not be able to remember/recall so much data in the exam. However, you can still mention that most GPs perform very poor in terms of score, and most GPs ( > 60%) fall in 30-50 score range which shows there are implementation gaps and outcomes are below desired levels.

Very good attempt overall!
Keep writing 🙂

Nice Attempt.
There are some very good things about your answer e.g., You label parts of answer with proper headings, this is good practice. You express thoughts in proper point-wise manner which is easy to read. Handwriting is clear and fair.

Some improvements in the answer:
1. You could have mentioned the multidimensional nature of deprivation, and the need to converge the resources.
2. Elaborate a little more on the Gap report. Scores of most Gram Panchayats fall in the range of 20-50, this means the outcomes are lacking. So there is a need to strengthen the implementation and plug the gaps.
3. In way forward, mention some schemes which can be converged.
4. You can avoid statements like ‘Still no steps are taken to converge resources’. Steps were taken, just that there are gaps in implementation which limit the outcomes. Your answer should reflect objectivity and a balanced stance.

Keep writing 🙂
