Questions
1) The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has released the first set of norms to regulate digital lending. What was the rationale behind regulating digital lending, and what more can be done?
2) Over the years, the need to amend/update the Identification of Prisoners Act, 1920 has been voiced several times. In the light of the statement, discuss, how far the Criminal Procedure (Identification) Act, 2022 will be able to fulfill this need?
Seems great! The opening line can be improved e.g., you can provide what digital lending entails. Also I feel the aspect of digital lending by entities regulated by the RBI (commercial banking) wasn’t unregulated, so that aspect can be rephrased.

Great answer! Couple of suggestions:
– The first point related to ‘ambit of persons’ can be shortened, many words have been repeated, can be rephrased in 1-2 lines.
– You can mention use of biological data in advantages like certain techniques are more accurate and aid in investigations.
