Some aspects of the answer are really good. But You can add some more relevant points under benefits of ownership of asset e.g.,
– Ownership of assets can open avenues for availing credit (asset can be mortgaged), which provides further opportunities like entrepreneurship.
– Also asset ownership provides income security against external shock (rental income).
– There are some studies which show that asset ownership reduces intimate partner violence or general victimization of women.
In challenges, also add the point, that although Government promotes asset ownership for women (like waiver on stamp duties, rebate on property tax etc.) but it doesn’t translate into empowerment as they have no say in asset management (Patriarchal mindset You have mentioned).
You can also quote data regarding ownership.
