Questions
1) The practice of manual cleaning of septic tanks and sewers has been, and will always be, as long as it exists, a serious concern in any country sworn to the humane treatment of all citizens. In light of the statement, critically examine the measures launched to end manual scavenging in India.
2) How far, in your opinion, Puttaswamy judgment has been able to ensure the proper right to privacy in India?

Please review and let me know my mistakes

Good answer! Very relevant points.
However, there is some deviation. The question has asked about critical examination of the measures undertaken. So You have to provide criticism of the measures also (You have mostly listed/described the measures).
Criticism would mostly include laxity in implementation (like there are no safety measures/PPEs for workers who enter sewer lines), cleaning of sewers etc. is outsourced to private contractors who employ manual scavengers (it is an offence), no penalty for offences.
In positive development, You can mention Swacch Bharat mission and the reduction in insanitary septic tanks to an extent.
Okay noted! Thanku for the review
So should I put the subheading as criticism and then write the points!?
Also, I have mentioned the concerns. Is that relevant?
And if so, then wouldn’t the word limit be breached?
Yes, You can mention shortcomings of existing laws/provisions separately.
Regarding concerns mention them in 1-2 lines together like the practice leads to perpetuation of caste system, concept of purity, violation of human rights, loss of life etc.
Right! Thanku.
Good answer! You could have also mentioned the recent case where IRCTC had proposed to monetise customer data, but later on withdrew due to objections.
Also in way forward, include the point of raising awareness among users, most users are simply not concerned about privacy (like no one reads privacy policy before signing up).
Good answer! I feel some points are not very relevant e.g., attack of Kundankulam plant or issues like fake news are not related to Right to privacy.
Also include the points like sale of consumer data for targeted advertising, lack of a robust legal framework to implement the Judgment (like EU has stringent privacy norms through GDPR).
Rest of the points seem relevant and appropriately structured.
Great answer! Word limit seems to have been exceeded. Perhaps You can mention the way forward in the form of a digram (without elaborating the points) like automation of cleaning activities, stringent implementation with penal actions on violations, more funds to provide PPEs to workers etc.
Got it sir/ mam . thank you
Some aspects are really good! Very nice handwriting, proper numbered points with headings, good intro with data, proper structure and flow.
Only shortcoming is that You had to include the criticism of existing provisions especially the poor implementation of the 2013 Act. e.g, You have very correctly mentioned Indian Railways as largest employer of MS, but it should come under shortcomings, not way forward. There are other issues like no penalty on violators etc, compensation not paid, unsanitary septic tanks still exist etc.
All else is great.
