Questions
1) Do you think that the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act is sufficient to address cases like that of the Supertech towers?
Times of India1, Times of India2
2) Discuss the rationale behind the Aadhaar-Voter ID linkage. What are the issues associated with it?

Great answer! All dimensions addressed.
You may elaborate a little, how Aadhar linkage will enable remote voting. Also, in the point regarding disenfranchisement, do mention if made mandatory. The statement ‘Bill (Act) fundamentally alters the citizen-state relationship is bit vague’. You may rephrase it. Do add the point of Aadhar only being a proof of residence, voting rights are only for citizens.
Good answer! The introduction can be improved a little e.g., You can mention the current issues/gaps in the sector like delays in projects, developers defaulting, buyers losing their money/deposits etc.
More provisions of RERA can be listed, e.g., it mandates that developer must deposit advances received from buyers in a dedicated account, and withdraw only based on completion of certain % of work, so reduces chances of default.
Buyers are entitled to full refund with interest in case of incompletion.
Also RERA Registration is granted when all clearances have been provided to the project. So if a project is not RERA registered, buyers would know not to buy house in such project.
Similarly in limitation, You can mention it exempts projects < 1000 sq ft.
Excellent answer! Nothing much to suggest for improvement.
