Seems good, I think more ethical dimensions could be added e.g., spread of hate speech through social media. In issues related to children, You can add problem of child pornography as well, which is morally abhorrent as the children forced to act lack the mental capacity and maturity to understand the implications.
Wait for the model answer though, not much sure myself.

Really good! I think You can also quote a famous saying about integrity in the introduction, ‘Integrity is doing the right thing when no one’s looking‘ i.e., You are doing the right thing not because of external factors (like fear of prosecution or some incentive) but based on certain ethical foundational principles.

Good answer! Good that You provided the definition, and a large number of reasons for need of integrity in civil servants. I think You can avoid mentioning the Preamble here. There, integrity is more related to territorial integrity like Kashmir is integral part of India.
One thing You may think about more: Is punishment an appropriate prescription to promote integrity? Like You mentioned in the definition irrespective of circumstances, doesn’t punishment change the circumstances? Think about it!
