Questions
1) Institutional independence is a larger and more complex issue than appointments alone. Discuss in light of the recent controversy over the appointment of Election Commissioners.
2) Soil degradation can have irreparable consequences on human and ecosystem health. Comment.

This could have been a lot better. First give broad meaning of institutional independence. Then highlight that appointments is only one dimension of ensuring it. Other aspects include security of tenure (like that for HC/SC Judges or CEC), working conditions (e.g., expenses of Office charged on CFI), autonomy granted through Constitution or Statutory Law (instead of Executive formulated Rules which can be changed without scrutiny/discussion), provisions of transparency/accountability etc. which can enable the Body to work without interference. Checks/Balances necessary but shouldn’t interfere with working.
You can mention these aspects in context of CEC/ECs.
Thank you, i will work on weak points
Please review and let me know my mistakes

Awesome! Very comprehensive. I think definition can be improved a little, as limiting to nutrition loss is a narrow view. Broadly it refers to deterioration of physical, chemical and biological qualities of soil. Overall very nice!
Right noted! Thanku for the review.
Right noted! Thanku for the review.
Appreciate your answer and its really inspiring to us.
Good answer! Some aspects can be improved e.g., You can first mention the definition of soil degradation. More reasons can be added e.g., mining, landfills, deforestation (apart from Jhum). More impacts can be added e.g., loss of biodiversity and loss of ecosystem services. In way forward, mention Government initiatives like PKVY, NMSA, Soil Health Cards etc.
Great answer! Some minor improvement are possible e.g., definition can be better, mention some agriculture practices that degrade soil (e.g., frequent cropping without leaving fallow land, overuse of fertilizers, over-irrigation etc.). You have mentioned landfills in way forward, mention it in reasons also. Degradation leads to loss of biodiversity. In suggestions, mention some Govt. schemes already under implementation.
Okay! Thanks for the feedback
Wrote it as a 15 marks answer.
Content is great! Work on the presentation a bit. Diagram looks very cluttered, try to make it more presentable. It is good to use diagrams as more info can be presented in less words. You can perhaps classify them into separate heads and then draw the diagram like impact on agriculture, ecology etc.
Rest is really nice!
Thank you, I will remember that.
There is a need to work on the presentation. A lot of sentences do not make sense. Definition is vague. Also try to use proper words, e.g., instead of ‘do not cut forests’ use afforestation or ‘stop deforestation’ etc. If you are a beginner, you can first read other answers and understand the need of the question. Then write in your own words. Gradually you’ll improve a lot.
The question statement mentions consequences of soil degradation, so you must address that aspect in some detail. Otherwise content is good.
Friends plz do review my answer.. so that i can do better….and incorprates all the suggestions in future answers..
