I’m not really sure about the question statement, it can either be about CIBMS or about Border Management. Your answer is according to the latter. Most of it is good, more points can be added in the challenges like terrain, weather etc., lack of proper infra (e.g., porous border leads to infiltration and other challenges). Suggestions seem appropriate.
Consider answering it from the perspective of CIBMS also.

There is scope for major improvements, not a good answer. Some of the points are completely irrelevant (entertainment facilities?, protect Army during war?). Also border management is under Ministry of Home Affairs, so defence budget and Army is not relevant here.

Looks good! I think You can elaborate a bit about the tech/infra used in CIBMS and its deployment status. Rest seems really nice.

I’m bit confused about question statement, it can be about the CIBMS or generic border management. You have answered from the second point of view. It is a very good answer. Under porous border do mention movement of people/trade, which is good, but it is accompanied by arms/drugs trafficking etc. Mention riverine/dense vegetation on India-Bangladesh Border (don’t leave sentence incomplete). Do read about CIBMS and its status/challenges etc.
Overall really nice!

Very nice answer! Content is good, very comprehensive, You can cut it down a bit, word limit seems to have been exceeded. I feel You can simply mention the issues, need not elaborate for every border. Or perhaps describe it for only 1-2 border areas. Couldn’t notice point related to terrain (mountains, desert, riverine, forest etc.). Good use of Map!
Overall very good readable answer!
