Questions
1) An integral requirement of a federal state is that there be a robust federal judicial system. In your opinion, does India have a federal judicial system? Also, highlight the significance of the federal judicial system.
2) What do you understand by Decentralised Finance? Discuss the opportunities and challenges associated with Decentralised Finance for India.

The positive aspect in your answer You have provided good points, wrt to integral/unitary nature of Indian Judiciary and covered it fairly comprehensively.
However, some suggestions for improvement
1. Definition of Federal State is bit vague.
2. Give a clear assessment in your words: whether India has a federal or unitary judicial system, that bit is missing although it is implicit when you list down points for ‘integral nature’. But since question statement has word ‘in your opinion’; mention your assessment explicitly in ‘yes’ or ‘no’
3. In challenges, more points can be added e.g., retirement of HC Judges, provision of Additional and Acting Judges in HC.
4. Points in significance can be elaborated a bit more (max 1-2 lines for each).
Good Answer overall.
Thankyou, taken a note.
