Few changes can be made: keyword “India’s infrastructure challenges” is more or less not covered in the answer. Length of the answer can be shortened.

Please check the opening statement. I think Gati Shakti was announced in September 2021. Moreover, I think it is the FM who makes major announcements in the Budget, not the PM.
Also, you can reduce the usage of the word ‘also’. 🙂
