Great Answer!
Could have added some more points in the content:
1. Approx amount India spends on fertilizer imports.
2. Over-use of urea (because of subsidy) compared to other fertilizers like DAP, and diversion of urea to non-farm use are also the reasons for insufficiency.
3. Nano-urea will help cut the diversion of urea.

Excellent answer! Very comprehensive coverage of points.
Just confirm the point regarding conflict of city gas network and urea production. I’m not sure if there is a trade-off between the two.
Also in advantages of Nano-urea, You can add point of higher shelf life.

Good attempt. Some good aspects about your answer are use of point-wise format which is easy to read. Giving proper titles is also a good practice. Keep it up.
Some suggestions:
1. You have not addressed the first aspect of the question. Discuss in brief the reasons behind the failure to achieve sufficiency.
2. You need to discuss measures other than Liquid Nano-urea to achieve self-sufficiency.
3. Try to be brief and use smaller sentences e.g., the point related to efficiency can be rephrased as “Liquid Nano-urea has higher efficiency (80-90%) compared to conventional urea (~25%)”. It will save you time, also help cover more points in lesser words.
Keep writing 🙂

Great answer!
I think the point related to Russia-Ukraine war can be avoided, as it is a very recent development. India would have had dependence on imports even in the absence of war. Also the point related to non-agriculture use can be rephrased to include ‘diversion of subsidized urea to non-agriculture use’ Highlight the aspect of illegal diversion.
Keep writing 🙂
